The Light On HBCU Sports Journalism scholarship
is a $500 scholarship that will
be awarded to an aspiring sports journalist
college student, who attends an HBCU.
Eligibility Requirements:
Must have 2.75 GPA or higher
Must be majoring in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
Must be entering sophomore, junior, or senior year of undergraduate studies during the Fall 2024 semester; when the scholarship will be awarded
*Student-athletes are not eligible for this scholarship
